Start with clarity

Once you submit your form, I’ll follow up with a few quick questions to clarify your goals and check fit.
If it’s a match, I’ll send a quote that includes:

  • Defined cost

  • Timeline (most projects take 2–3 weeks)

  • What to expect: a brief, invoice, and clear next steps

The project kicks off when the 50% deposit and intake form are complete.

Next, I review your audience, past content, goals, background material (website pages powerpoint presentation & success stories if applicable).

Get an in-depth look at your content’s rankings and performance, along those of your competitors.

To get a clear sense of the project, an outline will be submitted within a week for your approval.

Writing & collaboration

You’ll get the final draft in your preferred format (Google Docs or Notion), along with the invoice for the remaining 50% of the project fee.
Your satisfaction comes first, which is why unlimited revisions (within scope) are always on the table.
That said, most clients are fully satisfied within two rounds.
